How to increase the output pressure on PE preset to 950/1000 PSI ?
I purchased Automag and I need the tank with higher output pressure than 850 PSI. Is there any way to acheive it with regular PE preset by changing or adding the shims ?
I want it to be safe of course ...
The adjustable reg is not an option at the moment.

| Yes you can add shims and get to where you need to be. Make sure you only use the PE shims and not the spring washer though. |

Out of your experience :
- how many shims maximum you can add still to have safe regulator
- how additonall shim converts into preasure increase ?
- should I add them one by one or in pairs ?

| I would add 2 and check your tanks out put pressure. You would not want to go much higher then the 950 -1000 psi you are looking for. You will blow the LP burst disk before you get dangerous though. Don't ever bump up that LP disk. |
